Nicole’s love of yoga began in 2004 as a way to help heal physical injuries. In her journey as a Curvy Black Yogini, she found herself feeling unwelcome in many yoga spaces. She became a teacher so that she could create a space where others could feel welcomed and respected no matter what they bring to the mat. Yoga inspires her to encourage others to embrace themselves and find freedom from comparison and judgement.
