Mrs. Treasure Valley – Speaker
Jayme Perryman is a published & licensed FAA Drone Pilot, Co-founder of Perryman Construction Management Inc., and director of a multi-state residential investment portfolio. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Saint Louis University; a decision prompted after taking an elective course in Earthquakes and Volcanos, and a lifetime of collecting rocks. While attending undergrad, she participated in both track and boxing. Nicknamed “Barbie” because she refused to smear Vaseline on her face, a common practice in the boxing world, she always showed the boys what a real hit felt like while sparring. After relocating to Boise, ID, Jayme received her Master’s in Secondary Education, and quickly became the owner of her first international business. All this was accomplished before the age of 30.
Leading with Love was born out of the self-realizations Jayme came to during her grieving process after the unexpected loss of her mother. She accredits this journey to learning how to love herself and recognizing other small moments in her life worthy of celebration—forgiving the past and living in the current moment.
Featured on the MomsMakingSixFigures, Hello Idaho & The Lovely Afro Podcasts, Jayme continues to inspire and uplift others by sharing her entrepreneurial journey. Currently serving her Idaho community as the titleholder for Mrs. Treasure Valley, delegate for Mrs. Idaho America 2023, Jayme strongly believes in uniting the community, sharing resources and life lessons with others, so they too may Lead with Love. As a thirty -something-year-old “Glama”, Jayme knows Love is always the answer, but we first must start with loving ourselves before we can love anyone else.
