Meaning of the Festival: When my Daddy was alive he would always plan one of his many trips to Boise when the Soul Food Extravaganza was goin’. It was our thing to do together. This festival reminds me of him. To me it means family, unity, love, culture and enjoying the universal language of laughter and delicious food!
