Vendor Checklist:

  • Complete Vendor Application form.
  • Download vendor packet.
  • Applicable permits and licenses.
  • Proof of current business insurance.

Vendor Fees:

  • Food Truck $500
  • Food Booth $375
  • Food Booth One Item $225
  • Retail Booth $225
  • Info & Non-Profit Booth $125

Important Deadlines:

  • June 1, 2023, Completed Vendor application, payment and proof of insurance is due.
  • June 1, 2023, a $50 late fee will be added to the invoice. No exceptions.
  • June 10, 2023, Completed Ada County Licensing paperwork is due.
